What DealerSoftware connects to

DealerSoftware sends your stock to AutoTrader, CarGurus, AA Cars, Carwow and Cazoo, and through them to PistonHeads, Motors, eBay Motors and Gumtree, from one stock record. It reads valuations and history from DealerPricing, takes deposits through Stripe, and fills vehicle details from DVLA and MOT data. All of it is included; the marketplaces charge their own advertising fees.

Which marketplaces does DealerSoftware feed?

Outgoing stock feeds, included on every plan

A car marked sold or unpublished leaves every feed on the next run; price changes go the same way. Each feed needs an account with that marketplace, and the marketplaces charge their own advertising fees, which are separate from DealerSoftware.

Does DealerSoftware work with AutoTrader Connect?

Yes. AutoTrader Connect is AutoTrader's API for stock providers. DealerSoftware pushes your stock, prices and photos to AutoTrader in real time and pulls your AutoTrader stock and leads back, so a car edited in either place stays in step. You need an AutoTrader advertising package; our AutoTrader Connect guide explains what to ask AutoTrader for.

What does the DealerPricing integration give me?

With a DealerPricing membership, the vehicle check screen shows trade and retail valuations, live and sold comparables with days to sell, market insights and a provenance check for any registration, next to your own stock record. DealerPricing is from £70 a month on its own rolling plan. We explain it fully on our DealerPricing page.

How are deposits and reservations taken?

Through Stripe, into your own Stripe account. A customer reserves a car on your website, the fee is receipted and set against the final invoice, and a refund raises a credit note. Stripe's card fee applies; DealerSoftware adds nothing on top.

Which vehicle data lookups are built in?

  • Registration lookup to fill make, model, variant, engine, colour and first registration.
  • MOT history and expiry from the DVSA record, shown on the stock record and on the public vehicle page.
  • Tax band and CO2 where the data exists.
  • Spec sheets and provenance via DealerPricing when connected.

Does it connect to Google?

Google reviews are synced to your reviews page from your Business Profile, with the live rating and count shown and links to read and write reviews on Google. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags are added from Settings and placed on your website. Search Console verification tags are supported in the same place.

What about accounting, finance providers and Outlook?

Invoices, purchases and expenses export for your accountant, with the VAT margin scheme figures totalled on the VAT page. Finance applications are captured on your website as leads; direct integrations with finance platforms such as Codeweavers are planned and not yet live. Email conversations run through the built-in inbox; a connected Outlook inbox is in development. If you depend on a specific integration, ask us before you commit and we will give you a straight answer on dates.
